Refund policy
At CHC Fine Jewelry, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted luxury pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy provides you with options to ensure a seamless experience.
Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are available for up to 60 days.
- Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Exclusions: Custom-made designs, altered items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Log in to your account or contact us at info@chcfinejewelry.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship Your Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Send the package to 34 W 46TH ST STE 301, New York, NY 10036, USA. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds:
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
- Fees: A \$20 fee applies for removing personal engravings. Heavily used items may incur additional fees based on their condition.
Exchanges:
- Process: To exchange an item, return it and make a separate purchase for the new item. We offer a 60-day exchange policy for eligible items.
- Fees: A restocking fee may apply for heavily worn or damaged items. Personalized items will incur a \$20 fee for engraving removal.
Shipping Costs:
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fee will be applied.
- International Orders: Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made designs, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damages and Issues:
Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@chcfinejewelry.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
For shipments to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, provided the item is in original condition.
