Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are handcrafted and processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a notification with a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We don’t guarantee delivery dates as shipping carriers may experience delays.
  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    • Free Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)
    • Overnight Shipping: Overnight to 2-day delivery (additional charges apply)
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International: Delivery time varies by destination.
    • Expedited International: 6-10 business days (additional charges apply)

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping rates for expedited and international options are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Delivery to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses:

  • Available, but may have longer delivery times and limited tracking. Some restrictions apply.

Custom Design Orders:

  • Allow an additional 3-10 days for production.

Multiple Shipments:

  • No extra shipping fees for multiple shipments.

Shipping Insurance:

  • All orders include insurance. If a package is lost or damaged, you're eligible for a replacement or refund, subject to carrier approval.

Local Delivery:

  • Only available when announced. Coming soon.
  • Free delivery for orders over \$500 within select NYC areas. A \$40 fee applies for orders under \$500.

In-Store Pickup:

  • Free pickup available at our New York location. Orders ready in 1-3 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Track your order with the provided tracking number. Contact us if you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe.
