- Initiating an Exchange: Contact us to start the process. We'll provide the return address.
- Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping, which is non-refundable.
- Tracking & Insurance: For items over \$75, use trackable shipping or insurance.
Applicable Fees:
- Restocking Fees: Charged for heavily worn or damaged returns.
- Engraving Fees: $20 per engraved piece.
