What is your return/exchange policy?

• Return Policy: Customers may return the jewelry piece within a specified time frame, 30 days, for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and with all the original packaging and tags.


• Exchange Policy: If the customer wants to exchange the jewelry piece for a different size, style, or color, they may do so within the specified time frame, 60 days, contact us for more information at info@chcfinejewelry.com


• Restocking Fees: At our jewelry collection, we do charge a restocking fee for returns or exchanges if the item has been heavily worn or damaged. In addition, if the jewelry piece has a personal engraving, there will be a $20 fee per piece. It is important to consider these fees before making a return or exchange, and to carefully review the condition of the item before initiating the process. • Custom Design Orders: Please note that custom orders are not eligible for refunds. This includes jewelry pieces that have been customized with personal design, engravings or other specifications. Can you repair broken jewelry?

Yes, we offer repair services for broken jewelry. Our jewelry collection comes with a 1-year 100% fee repair guarantee. After that, repairs may incur a minimum fee based on the work that needs to be done.
